The HydroChamp Select is a poolside basketball system that is built to last. The 4" x 4" stainless steel post supports the carbon steel arm securely in place. The post and arm have been treated with a black powder coat finish for extra durability. Rust is prevented from forming by the protective zinc undercoating. Moisture is kept out by a welded top cap.
The height on this system can be adjusted to a maximum of 30", in 6" increments. All you need to do to make the change is release the adjustment mechanism that you will find behind the rim. Use a broom handle to set the height to the level you want, quickly and easily The post-to-backboard extension with this system is a full 18".
The HydroChamp Select is a very sturdy adjustable poolside system. It comes with a 36" x 60" acrylic backboard and a heavy duty flex goal. The goal is "direct mounted" to eliminate the possibility that the backboard will break if a player decides to hang off the rim. Add bolt-on backboard padding to your order as an additional safety measure. The HydroChamp Select system attaches firmly to the pool deck with a set of very sturdy anchor bolts. A protective cover is provided to lower the risk of injury to people who are using the pool and also cap off the hoopís sharp look.
