The Vector II is designed to meet the needs of consumers who are looking for
a heavy-duty basketball system that can be installed in an area where space is
at a premium. Not only does this unit feature a 4" square steel post, but it
also has a height adjustment mechanism at the front. The Vector is the perfect
choice when you want to install the basketball hoop close to a wall or other
type of obstruction.
Unlike other basketball systems that are constructed from several metal parts,
the Vector II is one unit. This gives you the advantage of not having to deal
with rust building up along joints, as can happen with other products.
When you want to adjust the height on the unit to a point anywhere between 10'
and 7' simply use the hand and convenient EZ Crank. This spring-aided crank
allows the user to set the rim height to the desired level quickly and easily.
The post to backboard extension distance is a full 32" when the rim is at 10'.
Once you have made the adjustment, you can remove the handle until the next time
you need to make a change.
The Vector II is made from very sturdy materials that will give you many years
of use. No matter how much punishment you dish out, this basketball system can
take it. The Vector II comes with a 36" x 48" acrylic backboard and a
recreational flex goal. You also have the option of adding pole padding and
backboard padding for added safety.
