Sturdy safety chains are used to connect the backboard to the pine. The backboard is supported by solid square tubing with a back powder coat finish. Add bolt-on backboard padding to your package, if desired, for additional player safety. If your facility will be hosting little league games or youth camps, consider the optional backboard height adjuster for your SuperMount 68 Maverick system.
