The Slam Nitro Adjustable Basketball System is a superior unit that is strong
enough to last for a number of years. It comes equipped with a standard 4"
square post made of steel. The unit's single-piece construction adds to its
strength. Unlike units with posts outfitted with joints that may rust out, the
Slam Nitro won't oxidize in this way.
This product offers adjustable rim heights. You have the option of setting it in
6" increments of anywhere from 10' to 7'. Changing the rim height is no problem,
thanks to the Quik-Pin system. Pull the pin out from the back of the Slam Nitro
and use the handle to adjust the height to the level you want. Then replace the
pin. Nothing could be simpler. When the Slam Nitro is set to the 10' level, the
post to backboard extension is 24".
