The Legend Dynasty is made for continuous use in an institutional setting. It
has a very massive 6" square, 3/16" thick steel post, providing maximum
strength. The post is set 66" behind the backboard for safety reasons. The post
is buried a full 48" below the playing surface, so there is no need to be
concerned about the goal wobbling. A ground sleeve is available if you want to
be able to remove the post later on.
The Legend Dynasty's extension arm is attached to the post with six 5/8" tensile
bolts. You can choose the height at which you would like to position the arm on
the pole. When the arm is in place, the extension distance is 66" from the post
to the backboard. For safety reasons, you can add all-weather post padding or
backboard padding to this model.
A dual package is offered with the Legend Dynasty. You get an additional
extension arm, a backboard, and a rim. This is offered as a way to maximize the
playing area on the playground, at the park or recreational center.
The Legend Dynasty has the strength and durability you need when looking for a
basketball system for institutional use. It can take the level of punishment
that is dished out by multiple players using it on a continuous basis. The
