Changing the rim height on the Attack Pro is something that is quick and easy.
This model features the EZ Crank mechanism, which means that even young
basketball players can adjust the height on their own. The Attack Pro's rim
height can be set to any level between 10' and 6'6" in height. If you were to
set the rim height to the 10' mark, the post to backboard extension distance is
36". As you lower the rim height toward the 6'6" level the extension distance
increases.
