Consider the Thunder Pro when you want to buy a portable basketball system
for use in a gym, church, or recreation center. This unit is adjustable as well,
and you can set the rim height to any level between 10' and 6'6". When you want
to make a change, just turn the crank at the back of the post to do so. The post
to backboard extension of the Thunder Pro is 48" when the rim height is set to
10'. When the unit is in place, the base sits back from the basketball court as
a safety feature. The front of the Thunder Pro has heavy padding as well.
When you want to move the Thunder Pro from the court back to the storage area,
it is a very easy process. You use the release crank to unlock the six wheels
under the base and fold the extension arm down. The unit will pass through a set
of standard double doors very easily at that point.
The Thunder Pro is designed to meet the needs of institutions who want a high
quality indoor basketball system. The rim height can be adjusted easily for
children to use, and the extension arm folds down and stores easily. The Thunder
Pro comes with a 36" x 60" tempered glass backboard and a heavy duty flex goal.
The direct mounted goal guards the backboard from breakage, even if a player
hangs off the rim.
