In a situation where a portable basketball system would suit your needs and
you will not be changing the rim height often, consider the RollaSport Select.
This unit is strong and durable, and you can change the goal height by loosening
the U-bolts that hold the extension arm to the post. Once the bolts are loose,
you can reposition the arm to another height of your choice along the arm and
tighten up the bolts again.
Moving the RollaSport from one location to another is a very simple matter of
retracting the vertical post using the post actuator located on the base unit.
The post will pitch backwards, and the Rollasport Select lowers onto the
transport wheel. When it's game time again and your players are ready to go, you
would return the unit to its original position. You can easily move the
RollaSport select into a garage or through a set of double doors for storage.
The front of the unit is covered by a high quality post pad.
The post of the RollaSport Select has been treated with a powder-coat finish to
protect it from the elements. It comes with a 36" x 60" acrylic backboard and a
heavy duty flex goal. The goal is "direct mounted" to avoid backboard breakage
if players hang off the goal.
