The Gared Ultra Champ II Adjustable Basketball Hoop was designed to be used
in an institution. When you are looking for a system for your school,
playground, or rec center, it definitely fits the bill. The 5" square post is
made of heavy-gauge steel with a 3/16" wall thickness to give it added strength
and durability. The post is powder coated to protect it from the elements.
The backboard measures 42" x 60" and is made of 3/8" thick glass. The stainless
steel arms give the board support and provide an added measure of stability. The
backboard has a white target and border with square corners. This feature gives
you an arena-style look to your system. The rim height can be adjusted to
anywhere from 7 1/2' to the full regulation height of 10'.
The Gared Ultra Champ II Adjustable Basketball Hoop will provide many hours of
enjoyable use. This unit will stand up well to the elements, as well as whatever
level of punishment that your players can mete out. The glass backboard has a
white target and a border on the backboard to give players a specific target to
aim at during practices. Installation is easy, thanks to its bolt-to-ground
