The Fury Nitro is an excellent choice for institutional or residential indoor basketball play. The rim height can be set to any level you would like between 10' and 6'6" to meet the needs of players of different ages. To set the rim to a new level, use the crank at the back of the post. When the rim is set to the 10' mark the backboard to base extension is 48". As you lower the rim height to 9' the extension moves to 44". At the 8' level backboard to base extension goes down to 40" and at 7' the extension is 35". For safety reasons, the Fury sits "off court."
Another feature you get when you choose the Fury Nitro is portability. Moving the unit from one location to another is very easy. All you need to do is flip the lower pad forward and roll the unit wherever you want to put it. To set up for a game, flip the pad back upright. This will lock it into place. Padding covers the front of the base unit as a safety feature, and you can add lettering to the base pad at no charge on request.
