The Competitor Basketball Upgrade Package is designed for use in recreation
centers and schools. The package includes TuffGuard Bolt-on Padding for player
safety. It will work with all 72" backboards, and is designed to meet or exceed
all NCAA, FIBA and NFHS specifications. It is superior to other types of padding
which are vinyl-dipped or glued into place. TuffGuard Padding has a contoured
shape designed to reduce ball interference. It comes with molded-in goal relief
and center pin connectors. One set will cover one backboard.
The FT 300 Backboard Height Adjuster can be added to your package to give you
the freedom to adjust the rim height to any level from 10' to 8'. Use the unit's
hand crank to make the adjustment when necessary, quickly and easily. The FT 300
is the only height adjuster warranted against dunking.
